About the Job

We are currently hiring for a 12-month outbound telephonic campaign in Manama, Bahrain, with a possibility of extension.

Please Note:

• Only candidates physically residing in Bahrain will be considered

• No remote work

• No part-time work

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 50–60 outbound calls per day to specific individuals

• Ensure accurate communication and inquiry handling

• Update systems and follow up with internal teams as needed

• All calls and actions will be monitored for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Fluent in Hindi or Urdu (Required)

• Fluent in Malayalam or Telugu (Preferred)

• Strong computer skills: MS Office, PDF, web browsers

• Must work full-time, 6 days/week, 8-hour shifts (between 8 AM – 6 PM)

• Willingness to comply with work permit requirements issued by Invita

• Must provide recent Good Conduct Certificate from Bahrain's Ministry of Interior

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year in customer service or outbound calls

• 1 year in data entry or system updates

عن الوظيفة
نبحث حالياً عن موظفين للانضمام إلى حملة اتصال هاتفي خارجي لمدة 12 شهراً في المنامة – البحرين، مع إمكانية التمديد.

ملاحظات مهمة:

• فقط للمقيمين داخل مملكة البحرين

• العمل غير متاح عن بُعد

• الوظيفة بدوام كامل فقط

المهام الوظيفية:

• إجراء 50 – 60 مكالمة يومياً للأفراد المستهدفين

• ضمان التواصل الفعّال واتباع مسار الاستفسارات الصحيح

• تحديث الأنظمة والتواصل مع الفرق المعنية

• جميع المكالمات والإجراءات تخضع للمراجعة من حيث الجودة والالتزام

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة)

• الطلاقة في اللغة الهندية أو الأردو (مطلوب)

• الطلاقة في اللغة المالايالامية أو التيلجو (يفضل)

• مهارات استخدام الحاسب: مايكروسوفت أوفيس، PDF، متصفحات الإنترنت

• الالتزام بالعمل بدوام كامل، 6 أيام بالأسبوع، 8 ساعات يومياً بين 8 صباحاً و6 مساءً

• الاستعداد للامتثال لإجراءات تصريح العمل المحلي التي تصدر عن شركة Invita

• تقديم شهادة حسن سيرة وسلوك حديثة صادرة من وزارة الداخلية البحرينية

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة

الخبرات المفضلة:

• سنة واحدة في خدمة العملاء أو المكالمات الهاتفية

• سنة واحدة في معالجة البيانات أو إدخال المعلومات
