Protect Critical Infrastructure: Penetration Tester Opportunity at ZENDATA Bahrain

Job Description:

ZENDATA Bahrain is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester with expertise in both IT and OT security for critical environments. The role involves conducting advanced security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis in regulated sectors like energy, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. This full-time, on-site position requires at least 3 years of experience and offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge cybersecurity projects across the GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Perform penetration tests on IT and OT systems, including networks, applications, and industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA).

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and red team operations using frameworks like OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and OSSTMM.

• Simulate real-world cyber-attacks without disrupting operations.

• Document and present findings with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with incident response and SOC teams.

• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and defenses.

• Support risk assessment workshops and technical advisory.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of penetration testing or red teaming experience.

• Strong knowledge of industrial networks and ICS/SCADA protocols.

• Understanding of enterprise IT systems, Active Directory, cloud, and app security.

• Experience with security tools like Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, etc.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001) preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willingness to work on-site in Bahrain and travel regionally.

Preferred Certifications:

OSCP, OSWP, OSWE, OSEP, GICSP, GRID, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CREST certification.

تبحث ZENDATA في البحرين عن خبير اختبار اختراق متمرس في أمن تقنية المعلومات (IT) والتقنيات التشغيلية (OT) للعمل في بيئات حرجة. تشمل المهام إجراء تقييمات أمنية متقدمة، واختبار الاختراق، وتحليل الثغرات في قطاعات مثل الطاقة، والتصنيع، والبنى التحتية الحيوية. الوظيفة بدوام كامل وموقعها في البحرين، وتتطلب خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، مع فرص العمل على مشاريع أمنية متطورة في منطقة الخليج.

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء اختبارات اختراق على أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والتشغيل، بما في ذلك الشبكات، التطبيقات، وأنظمة التحكم الصناعية (ICS/SCADA).

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في اختبار الاختراق أو فرق الفريق الأحمر.

• معرفة قوية بشبكات صناعية وبروتوكولات ICS/SCADA.

• فهم متقدم لأنظمة تقنية المعلومات، Active Directory، الخدمات السحابية، وأمن التطبيقات.

• خبرة باستخدام أدوات أمنية مثل Nmap، Metasploit، Burp Suite، Kali Linux، وغيرها.

• معرفة بأطر الأمن السيبراني مثل NIST، IEC 62443، ISO 27001 ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.

• القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالبحرين مع إمكانية السفر داخل منطقة الخليج.

الشهادات المفضلة:

شهادات OSCP، OSWP، OSWE، OSEP، GICSP، GRID، مدقق/منفذ ISO 27001، وشهادة CREST.
