The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Hindi and English and have prior experience conducting engaging, impactful sessions for similar audiences. Psychologist – Employee Seminar Facilitator (Contract)

Key Details:

• Tentative Date: 31st May

• Location: Entrance - 1347, Road - 5225, Block 952, Aksar Bahrain

• Languages Required: Hindi and English (fluency mandatory)

• Audience: Blue-collar employees

• Engagement Type: One-time seminar/session (contractual)

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver an engaging, relevant seminar tailored to the needs of blue-collar employees

• Communicate psychological concepts clearly, practically, and with cultural sensitivity

• Use interactive techniques and real-life examples to connect with the audience

• Encourage participation and provide actionable takeaways to improve mental well-being and workplace engagement

• Address employee queries or concerns professionally and empathetically during the session

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Industrial preferred)

• Proven experience in conducting seminars, training sessions, or workshops

• Prior experience working with or addressing blue-collar or diverse workforce groups highly desirable

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a non-corporate audience

• Ability to manage group dynamics and ensure a positive learning environment

المتطلبات:

• درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في علم النفس (يفضل تخصصات علم النفس السريري، الإرشادي، أو الصناعي)

• خبرة مثبتة في تقديم الندوات، جلسات التدريب أو الورش العملية

• خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع قوى العمل ذوي المهام اليدوية أو مجموعات متنوعة مرغوبة بشدة

• مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة باللغتين الهندية والإنجليزية

• مهارات شخصية قوية وقدرة على التواصل مع جمهور غير رسمي

• القدرة على إدارة ديناميكيات المجموعة وضمان بيئة تعلم إيجابية
