 Project Manager (Contractor) – Telecom & Oracle BRM Expert Wanted in Bahrain 

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from initiation and planning to execution and closure

• Manage internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver flawless execution

• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements

• Convert client needs into technical and functional specifications

• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements

• Coordinate development, testing (UAT), and go-live activities

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and clear communication

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in BSS/OSS domains

• Strong Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) knowledge – mandatory

• Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills

• Skilled in solution design, data analysis, UAT management, and post-go-live support

• Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements

• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred

الشروط

• معرفة قوية بنظام Oracle BRM – شرط أساسي

• مهارات عالية في إدارة العلاقة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة

• مهارة في تصميم الحلول، تحليل البيانات، وإدارة اختبارات الاعتماد
