• Manage all aspects of HOA formation and day-to-day operations

• Oversee property and facility management activities

• Supervise leasing, relocation, and orientation services

• Market managed properties and ensure tenant satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in real estate consultancy and property management

• Proven knowledge of HOA and facility management

• Familiarity with relocation services and market practices in Bahrain

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar

• Property Management License is a plus

• خبرة في الاستشارات العقارية وإدارة العقارات

• معرفة بإدارة اتحادات الملاك والمرافق

• خبرة في خدمات الانتقال والتوجيه في السوق البحريني

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية

• القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة بكفاءة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في العقارات أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة

• يفضل وجود رخصة إدارة عقارات
