Senior Real Estate Valuation Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Valuation Manager to lead our valuations division across the GCC region. This strategic leadership role demands deep market insight, strong business development capabilities, and a proven track record in managing high-profile clients and multidisciplinary teams. You will drive innovation, ensure compliance with global standards, and uphold excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of valuation professionals.

• Define and execute the division’s vision and strategic direction aligned with company goals.

• Develop business plans to drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.

• Expand service offerings and geographic reach within the GCC.

• Drive business development efforts targeting public and private sector clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, banks, corporates, and government bodies.

• Manage client pitches, presentations, and complex negotiations.

• Oversee valuations for multiple asset classes: residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land.

• Ensure full compliance with RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book) and local regulations.

• Deliver defensible, high-quality valuations for financial reporting, financing, investment, or legal use.

• Manage departmental P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to meet profitability targets.

• Oversee project delivery, timeline adherence, and resource allocation.

• Apply rigorous risk management across advisory services.

• Lead internal quality assurance, peer reviews, and risk audits.

• Stay updated on regulatory, economic, and market trends affecting valuations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

• Expert understanding of real estate valuation principles.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.

• Commercially savvy with financial literacy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

• MRICS (Chartered Valuation Surveyor) certification mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate valuations.

• Demonstrated success in leading and growing a valuations business unit.

• In-depth knowledge of GCC property markets and legal/regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency with valuation and financial modeling software (Argus, Excel, GIS).

• Fluent English required; Arabic language skills highly advantageous.

نبحث عن مدير تقييم عقاري أول ماهر لقيادة قسم التقييمات لدينا في منطقة الخليج. يتطلب هذا الدور القيادي الاستراتيجي فهماً عميقاً للأسواق، مهارات قوية في تطوير الأعمال، وسجل ناجح في إدارة العملاء المهمين والفرق متعددة التخصصات. ستقود الابتكار، وتضمن الالتزام بالمعايير العالمية، وتحافظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة للعملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة وتوجيه فريق متنوع من محترفي التقييم.

• تحديد وتنفيذ رؤية القسم والاستراتيجية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

• وضع خطط أعمال لتعزيز الكفاءة والنمو والربحية.

• توسيع نطاق الخدمات والتغطية الجغرافية في منطقة الخليج.

• قيادة جهود تطوير الأعمال مع العملاء في القطاعين العام والخاص.

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع المستثمرين والمطورين والبنوك والشركات والجهات الحكومية.

• إدارة العروض التقديمية والمفاوضات المعقدة مع العملاء.

• الإشراف على تقييمات لمختلف فئات الأصول: سكنية، تجارية، تجزئة، صناعية، ضيافة، وأراضي.

• ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير التقييم العالمية (RICS Red Book) واللوائح المحلية.

• تقديم تقييمات دقيقة وعالية الجودة للاستخدام المالي أو الاستثماري أو القانوني.

• إدارة الأرباح والخسائر، الميزانيات، والتوقعات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف الربحية.

• الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع، الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية، وتوزيع الموارد.

• تطبيق ممارسات صارمة لإدارة المخاطر في جميع الخدمات الاستشارية.

• قيادة عمليات ضمان الجودة الداخلية والمراجعات والتدقيق.

• متابعة آخر التطورات التنظيمية والاقتصادية والسوقية المؤثرة على التقييمات.

المهارات والمعرفة والخبرة:

• خبرة قيادية مثبتة مع القدرة على تحفيز وتطوير الفرق.

• فهم عميق لمبادئ تقييم العقارات.

• مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية.

• مهارات ممتازة في إدارة علاقات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

• معرفة تجارية ومهارات مالية.

• مهارات عرض وتفاوض واتصال متميزة.

• شخص استباقي ومبتكر وقادر على التكيف مع التغيير.

• تركيز على العملاء والنتائج.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• شهادة جامعية في العقارات، المالية، الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.

• شهادة MRICS (مقيم معتمد) إلزامية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التأهيل في تقييم العقارات التجارية.

• سجل ناجح في قيادة وتنمية وحدة أعمال التقييمات.

• معرفة عميقة بأسواق العقارات في الخليج والأطر القانونية والتنظيمية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج التقييم والنمذجة المالية (Argus، Excel، GIS).

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية؛ وإجادة اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
