Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bahrain

Position Summary:

Join Parsons as a talented Quantity Surveyor to assist the construction supervision team on financial and contractual project matters. Responsibilities include reviewing interim payments, project variations, and contractor claims in coordination with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) on all financial and contractual project aspects

• Participate and assist in preparing minutes for progress meetings

• Attend commercial meetings and support contractual discussions

• Liaise to ensure timely and complete monthly payment applications from contractors

• Maintain accurate cost and quantity records

Senior Utility Design Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reporting to the Project Director with responsibility for design reviews under the PMC role

• Collaborate closely with Lead Designer/Design Director to lead design analysis, synthesis, and recommendations

• Supervise preparation and presentation of urban design concepts and technical design packages through tender

• Monitor construction quality standards

• Create utility cross sections per local Bahrain and Gulf authorities’ requirements
