Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions: data entry, reconciliations, ledger maintenance

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry postings

Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and petty cash

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in real estate (Required)

Details
Manage daily property operations, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and maintenance standards
Serve as the main liaison among tenants, owners, and service providers
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, supervising technicians and contractors
Ensure properties comply with all RERA standards and regulations
Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs with documentation and inspections
Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and notices
Provide regular reports to upper management
Conditions
Full-time position
Monthly salary: BD500 – BD700

Requirements
Bahraini nationality (mandatory)
Valid RERA license (mandatory)
2–3 years’ experience in property or facility management
