You will be responsible for designing and developing an AI-powered voice dialer that can:

• Make hundreds of outbound calls daily

• Hold real-time conversations using LLM-powered responses

• Leave personalized voicemails dynamically

• Log call results in CRMs like Clay or HubSpot

• Route high-quality responses to human recruiters

• Integrate with VoIP systems such as Twilio or Plivo

🔍 Your Mission

• Design and build a modular, scalable AI Dialer from scratch

• Integrate VoIP/SIP providers to enable outbound call functionality

• Use AI voice solutions (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs) for lifelike conversations

• Train the dialer on recruitment scripts and objection-handling scenarios

• Implement features like voicemail drop, smart retry logic, and intelligent call routing

• Ensure full compliance with GDPR/PECR regulations in the UK/EU

• Create feedback loops to enhance the dialer's performance over time

What You Will Do

• Operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio.

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.

• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery.

• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans.

• Operate independently but never in isolation – our team is your team.
