Accounts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

 Overall responsibility for accounting transactions, including preparation, checking and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, audit and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.

Analyze project operations, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and to provide advice to JV management.

Assist and coordinate in developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs and analysis of cost overruns.

Prepare periodical MIS, cash forecasts etc as per the schedule informed from time to time as required by JV management and handle statutory audit and quarterly/ semi-annual reviews.

Accounts receivable – includes

· Monitor work in progress to ensure invoicing to client is not delayed.

· Follow up with the project team on outstanding receivables.

Issue monthly statement of account to the JV management and seek their intervention as required for delayed payments by client.

 6. Coordinate with insurance companies for timely renewal of insurance policies and insurance cover of newly acquired assets if any.

 7. Compliance with NBR for VAT and other matters.

 Desired Candidate Profile

 Post graduate or Professional degree in Accounting/Finance

 Minimum of 10 years of experience is required, including 3 to 4 years in a leadership role as an Accounts Head or Accounts Manager

 Prior experience in the construction sector is required, with on-site work experience preferred.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات

 المسؤولية الشاملة عن المعاملات المحاسبية، بما في ذلك إعداد وتدقيق وتحليل السجلات المحاسبية والقوائم المالية والمراجعة وغيرها من التقارير المالية لتقييم الدقة والاكتمال والتوافق مع معايير إعداد التقارير.

تحليل عمليات المشروع والتكاليف والإيرادات والالتزامات المالية، للتنبؤ بالإيرادات والنفقات المستقبلية وتقديم المشورة لإدارة المشروع المشترك.

المساعدة والتنسيق في تطوير وصيانة وتحليل الميزانيات، وإعداد التقارير الدورية التي تقارن التكاليف المدرجة في الميزانية بالتكاليف الفعلية وتحليل تجاوزات التكاليف.

إعداد نظام المعلومات الإدارية الدوري وتوقعات النقدية وما إلى ذلك وفقًا للجدول الزمني المبلغ من وقت لآخر حسب متطلبات إدارة المشروع المشترك والتعامل مع التدقيق القانوني والمراجعة الفصلية / نصف السنوية.

الحسابات المستحقة القبض - تشمل

· مراقبة العمل الجاري للتأكد من عدم تأخير إرسال الفواتير إلى العميل.

· متابعة فريق المشروع بشأن المستحقات المتبقية.

إصدار كشف حساب شهري لإدارة المشروع المشترك وطلب تدخلهم حسب الحاجة لسداد الدفعات المتأخرة من قبل العميل.

 6. التنسيق مع شركات التأمين لتجديد وثائق التأمين في الوقت المناسب وتغطية التأمين للأصول المكتسبة حديثًا إن وجدت.

 7. الامتثال للائحة الوطنية للإيرادات فيما يتعلق بضريبة القيمة المضافة وغيرها من الأمور.

 الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب

 درجة الدراسات العليا أو المهنية في المحاسبة / المالية

 يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، بما في ذلك 3 إلى 4 سنوات في دور قيادي كرئيس حسابات أو مدير حسابات

 يشترط الخبرة السابقة في قطاع البناء، مع تفضيل الخبرة في العمل في الموقع.
