Officer - Cargo & Logistics Business Development

Job Purpose:

1. Under the direct supervision of the reporting manager, lead and develop the cargo and logistics department and its strategies, servicing both the existing and new customers.

2. Professionally represent the cargo and logistics department both in local and international markets, driving efficiency and attracting new customers to BIA.

3. Monitor services provided through cargo handlers, driving and addressing improvements that are required through Service Level Agreements.

4. Active involvement in projects related to cargo and logistics developments.

5. Assist the manager with setting the yearly cargo and logistics revenue budget, track performance, and lead corrective actions to variance noticed.

6. Represent BAC at different government entities and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the department head.

• Ensure all files are maintained, recorded, and archived correctly.

• Assist the manager by acting as admin/minute taker at all stakeholder meetings and air cargo working group (ACWG).

Supervisor - Terminal Soft Services

Job Purpose:
To coordinate, facilitate, implement, and supervise day-to-day plans, tasks, and operational activities of soft services contractors in line with the physical and functional scope of the works and specifications. Monitor performance outcome standards by providing professional and effective supervisory service across all the soft service disciplines in BIA Terminals (PTB, Awal, and Future Royal Terminal).

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure all routine, periodic, preventative, reactive, and ad-hoc works are carried out within set timelines, resources, and in line with specifications, methodology, SOP guidelines, and work plans.

2. Correct/resolve inconsistencies in contractor performance during supervision and monitoring. Escalate issues to the section head if needed.

3. Attend any incident/accident site immediately within the respective responsibility area, investigate, take necessary corrective measures, and report to the section head and manager.

4. Coordinate with various stakeholders (ECC, APOC, AOD, AVSEC, tenants) to enable contractors to carry out their scheduled activities.

Officer – Airlines Stakeholder Management

Job Purpose:
To provide full support towards stakeholder management at BIA, as directed by the line manager. Coordinate and extend support in tackling stakeholder concerns, queries, feedback, including coordination of events between stakeholders and various AOD departments.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support, plan, and coordinate communication with stakeholders.

2. Ensure all communication supplied to stakeholders is in conformance with BAC's Protection of Information and Document Policy.

3. Ensure state of readiness communication with stakeholders for emergency and crisis situations.

4. Assist the manager in drafting and disseminating communication to all parties as per the plan and instructions, in a timely manner.

Supervisor - Airside Soft Services

Job Purpose:
To coordinate, facilitate, implement, and supervise day-to-day plans, tasks, and operational activities of soft services contractors in line with the physical and functional scope of the works and specifications. Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Main Objectives:
To carry out tasks as designated by the Aircraft Licensed Maintenance Technician or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to an acceptable standard of workmanship, in accordance with aircraft-approved documents. Support Gulf Air operations at any network station as required in case of AOG recovery or as necessary.

Main Duties:

1. Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine and non-routine tasks.

2. Replace components on company or other operators’ aircraft and engines as required.

3. Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulations.

4. Strictly follow company safety rules and regulations and wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.

5. Adhere and comply with aircraft-approved maintenance documentation and procedures.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
تنسيق وتسهيل وتنفيذ والإشراف على الخطط والمهام والأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية لمقاولي الخدمات غير المادية، بما يتماشى مع النطاق المادي والوظيفي للأعمال والمواصفات. مراقبة معايير نتائج الأداء من خلال تقديم خدمة إشرافية احترافية وفعالة في جميع تخصصات الخدمات غير المادية في محطات مطار البحرين الدولي (PTB، وAwal، وFuture Royal Terminal).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الروتينية والدورية والوقائية والتفاعلية والخاصة ضمن الجداول الزمنية والموارد المحددة وبما يتماشى مع المواصفات والمنهجية وإرشادات الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية وخطط العمل.

2. تصحيح/حل أي تناقضات في أداء المقاول أثناء الإشراف والمراقبة. إحالة أي مشكلة إلى رئيس القسم عند الحاجة.

3. حضور أي موقع حادث/حادثة على الفور ضمن منطقة المسؤولية المعنية، والتحقيق فيه، واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية اللازمة، والإبلاغ إلى رئيس القسم والمدير.

4. التنسيق مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة (ECC، APOC، AOD، AVSEC، المستأجرين) لتمكين المقاولين من تنفيذ أنشطتهم المجدولة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. دعم وتخطيط وتنسيق الاتصالات مع أصحاب المصلحة.

2. التأكد من أن جميع الاتصالات المقدمة لأصحاب المصلحة تتوافق مع سياسة حماية المعلومات والوثائق الخاصة بـ BAC.

فني صيانة الطائرات

الأهداف الرئيسية:
تنفيذ المهام التي يحددها فني صيانة الطائرات المرخص أو مهندس صيانة الطائرات بمستوى جودة مقبول، وفقًا للوثائق المعتمدة للطائرات. دعم عمليات طيران الخليج في أي محطة تابعة للشبكة عند الحاجة في حالة استعادة AOG أو عند الضرورة.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. العمل مع، وتحت إشراف، مهندسي تكييف الهواء/فنيي الترخيص المعينين للقيام بالمهام الروتينية وغير الروتينية.

2. استبدال المكونات الموجودة في طائرات الشركة أو طائرات المشغلين الآخرين ومحركاتها حسب الحاجة.

3. الالتزام الصارم بقواعد وأنظمة موظفي الشركة.

4. اتبع بدقة قواعد وأنظمة السلامة الخاصة بالشركة وارتداء الزي الرسمي المناسب وأحذية السلامة أثناء العمل.

5. الالتزام والامتثال لوثائق وإجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة للطائرات.
