🎓 Role Description – American Heart Instructor

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manama, Bahrain.

The role involves delivering American Heart Association (AHA) training programs, including:

• Heartsaver

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing course materials and equipment

• Conducting professional training sessions

• Evaluating participant performance

• Maintaining up-to-date certification records

• Adhering to and staying current with AHA guidelines

• Ensuring high-quality training standards

✅ Required Qualifications

• AHA Instructor Certification in Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Strong communication and teaching abilities

• Organizational and administrative competence

• Experience in medical training or healthcare education

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Valid certifications and relevant licenses

• Experience in developing or updating educational content

• Skill in assessing trainees and providing feedback

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
