Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement MEP systems for new and existing buildings.

Perform technical calculations to determine building loads and equipment capacities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Select appropriate MEP equipment and materials based on project requirements, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.

Create detailed MEP system drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., Revit).

Coordinate MEP system installations with other building systems to ensure functionality and avoid conflicts.

Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings for MEP systems.

Conduct inspections during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed according to plans and specifications.

Participate in project commissioning and testing to verify the proper functioning of MEP systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding MEP systems.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in MEP technology and sustainable design practices.

Contribute to the development and implementation of company standards for MEP engineering.

Qualification:

Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering

Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works

5 to 7 years’ experience required

Specialized in executing Residential Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings

Should have Driving License

Strong character and flexible in work

المسؤوليات:

التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الإنشاءات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة MEP للمباني الجديدة والقائمة.

إجراء الحسابات الفنية لتحديد أحمال المباني وقدرات المعدات لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والكهرباء والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق.

قم باختيار المعدات والمواد الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة المناسبة بناءً على متطلبات المشروع وأكواد البناء ومعايير كفاءة الطاقة.

إنشاء الرسومات والمواصفات التفصيلية لنظام MEP باستخدام برنامج التصميم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر (CAD) (على سبيل المثال، Revit).
