Field Operator I

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

 Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards 

 Monitor and record equipment operational parameters in the field, reporting abnormalities to the Control Room Operator (CRO) or Supervisors 

 Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor 

 Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required 

 Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to the CRO 

 Follow instructions from the CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization 

 Adhere to QHSE standards and procedures (e.g., LOTO, PTW, TBT, JHA) and ensure proper documentation of tasks 

 Participate in training and reviews of operational procedures, offering basic feedback for improvement 

 Conduct basic operational and maintenance checks (daily, weekly, monthly) under supervision 

 Assist in preparing equipment for maintenance, including isolation, draining, and decontamination 

 Ensure accurate and timely handover of information to the next shift team 

 Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors. 

 Safely handle and top up chemicals, lubricants, and coolants, collecting samples as directed 

 Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards during and after tasks 

 Comply with Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and responsibilities as assigned 

Mechanical Technician

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Perform safe and productive operation and maintenance activities on Solar Mars 100 gas compression packages

 and supporting equipment

 Perform preventative/planned, corrective maintenance and supporting operations leading to increased uptime and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals

 Provide technical knowledge and decision-making capabilities to troubleshoot a variety of natural gas turbines, engines and compressors

 Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as the natural gas engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps

 Enter information into CMMS data base. Creating and closing work orders in CMMS/SAP, completing service reports

 Work with mechanical supervisor to develop procedures and ideas on improving overall maintenance program

الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

 المساعدة في تشغيل ومراقبة معدات العملية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة 

 مراقبة وتسجيل معلمات تشغيل المعدات في الميدان، والإبلاغ عن أي تشوهات إلى مشغل غرفة التحكم (CRO) أو المشرفين 

 دعم عمليات بدء تشغيل النظام وإيقافه حسب توجيهات المشرف 

 المساعدة في الضغط وإزالة الضغط من المعدات والأنابيب عند الحاجة 

 التحقق بانتظام من مقاييس الضغط وضغط الدلتا ودرجة الحرارة والمستوى والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات إلى CRO 

 اتبع التعليمات الصادرة من CRO أو المشرفين للحفاظ على استقرار عمليات المصنع ودعم تحسين الإنتاج 

 الالتزام بمعايير وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (على سبيل المثال، LOTO، PTW، TBT، JHA) وضمان التوثيق المناسب للمهام 

 المشاركة في التدريب ومراجعة الإجراءات التشغيلية، وتقديم ملاحظات أساسية للتحسين

 توفير المعرفة الفنية وقدرات اتخاذ القرار لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمجموعة متنوعة من توربينات الغاز الطبيعي والمحركات والضواغط

 إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على المعدات مثل محركات الغاز الطبيعي والتوربينات والضواغط والمضخات
