Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field.

Must be Work experience as an Accounting Assistant.

Site Supervisor

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervision in fit-out and civil projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes.

Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

3D Visualizer

Job description

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer for our company Interior Projects.

Applicant must be available in Bahrain.

Required Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the same field.

Working on 3D Visualizing and Shop Drawing for the 3D Designs

Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.

Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients

Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible

Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Photoshop & AutoCAD.

Effect English communication is a must.

Interior designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and mood boards based on client requirements.

Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and working drawings.

Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor items within the project scope and budget.

Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.

Oversee site work to ensure design implementation is accurate and meets quality standards.

Update clients on project status and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the internal team (engineers, draftsmen, project managers) for seamless execution.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق المعمارية والتصميمية للتخطيط وتصور مشاريع البناء.

عرض وشرح المواد المرئية للزملاء والعملاء

ضمان تمثيل جميع الأفكار بدقة وبطريقة جذابة قدر الإمكان

الكفاءة في برامج 3D StudioMax و Photoshop و AutoCAD.

التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية أمر لا بد منه.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف على أعمال الموقع للتأكد من دقة تنفيذ التصميم وتلبية معايير الجودة.

تحديث العملاء بشأن حالة المشروع ودمج التعليقات في الوقت المناسب.

التعاون مع الفريق الداخلي (المهندسين، والرسامين، ومديري المشاريع) لضمان التنفيذ السلس.
