Role Overview

We're hiring a Data Analyst who will help drive data-informed decisions across product, design, and engineering. You'll own end-to-end analytics projects, create meaningful dashboards, design experiments, and translate business questions into data-backed strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own data projects from start to finish

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs

• Create SQL queries that generate impactful insights

• Report and visualize split test results and product usage changes

• Share insights via dashboards, reports, and presentations

• Represent analytics in cross-functional teams

• Define metrics aligned with product and company goals

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with B2C SaaS products and data modeling

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Based in UK, Spain, Germany, or Romania

• Available for meetings between 2pm–5pm UK time

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a passion for innovation and collaboration. You'll be working on our modern backend stack (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Redis) and frontend (React with TypeScript), deploying features daily using our fully cloud-native DevOps approach.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Researchers to build impactful features

• Write clean, tested, and secure frontend/backend code in JavaScript and TypeScript

• Engage in code reviews and write thorough documentation

• Deploy code to production using our CI/CD pipeline

• Join support rotation (~1 day/month) and optionally participate in on-call post-probation

• Contribute to retrospectives and team improvement processes

• Grow personally and professionally through 1:1s and clear career development paths

• 5+ years’ experience in full stack web development with JavaScript, Node.js, and React

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and agile processes

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Based in UK, Spain, Germany, or Romania

• Available for meetings between 2pm–5pm UK time

• Experience with Linux, Docker, Prometheus, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Pub/Sub or other pub-sub systems

• Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
