The Procurement Specialist will support the development and administration of procurement plans and processes for goods and services across all types of business operations, including both Indirect Operations and Direct Operations. This role involves sourcing products/services, supplier selection, negotiating pricing and terms, managing contracts, driving sub-regional category strategy, supplier performance management, and fostering relationships with key suppliers.   Support the development and implementation of procurement business processes to achieve maximum value, benefit realization, and efficiency from procurement activities. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting demands for quality, ESG targets, pricing, and service.

• Sourcing & Supplier Selection
  Collaborate in the sourcing of goods, services, and transportation capacities to minimize total cost of ownership while ensuring quality and supply meet business needs.

• Supplier Performance & Relationship Management
  Track sourcing opportunities and manage the development of strategic suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Procurement Process Execution
  Execute procurement activities including product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, and supplier performance management.

• Business Strategy Alignment
