Polyurea Applicator – Site Lead & Regional Operations Manager (GCC)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site-based polyurea projects across GCC – from surface preparation to final coating.

Manage and train a team of applicators, building technical capacity and safety culture.

Take ownership of the polyurea division, including procurement, equipment management, and quality control.

Collaborate with management to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects to international standards.

Develop and execute operations plans in Oman and Bahrain, with a view to expanding into KSA and UAE.

Provide input into pricing, tendering, and project scheduling.

Support the growth of CCME’s protective coatings offering alongside our core cathodic protection business.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience applying polyurea coatings (Graco EXP-2 reactor or similar systems).

Proven leadership and site supervision experience in industrial or marine environments.

Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC protocols.

Business development mindset and strong communication skills.

GCC experience preferred; must be open to travel and short-term assignments within the region.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة مشاريع البولي يوريا في مواقع مختلفة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي – من تحضير السطح إلى الطلاء النهائي.

إدارة وتدريب فريق من المستخدمين، وبناء القدرات الفنية وثقافة السلامة.

تولي مسؤولية قسم البولي يوريا، بما في ذلك المشتريات وإدارة المعدات ومراقبة الجودة.

التعاون مع الإدارة لتحديد وتأمين فرص العمل الجديدة.

التواصل مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين لتقديم المشاريع وفقًا للمعايير الدولية.

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمليات في سلطنة عمان والبحرين، بهدف التوسع في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة.

متطلبات:

- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطبيق طلاءات البولي يوريا (مفاعل Graco EXP-2 أو أنظمة مماثلة).

خبرة مثبتة في القيادة والإشراف على المواقع في البيئات الصناعية أو البحرية.

فهم قوي لبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.

عقلية تطوير الأعمال ومهارات التواصل القوية.

يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؛ ويجب أن يكون منفتحًا على السفر والمهام قصيرة الأجل داخل المنطقة.
