About Correlation One:

We provide free, expert-led virtual training programs and data competitions that empower underrepresented communities and accelerate careers. Our mission is to create equal access to the data-driven jobs of the future, collaborating with top employers and government agencies like Amazon, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and the U.S. State Department.
Your Role:
We are building an Expert Network of Lead Instructors: Computer Support Specialists to support upcoming projects. Approved experts will be invited to participate in live virtual teaching sessions, helping to deliver technical content to large groups ranging from 200 to 8,000+ learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging live virtual lectures on computer support topics such as hardware, software, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Manage class dynamics, including Q&A and chat engagement, to foster a positive learning environment.
-
Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations to ensure smooth program delivery and adapt to schedule changes.
-
Assist in curriculum design and provide feedback for continuous course improvement.
-
Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with learners, staff, and guest speakers.
Expectations:

Prepare thoroughly for each lecture to provide high-quality content.

Be responsive and empathetic to learners’ questions and needs.

Adapt teaching style to diverse learners while keeping sessions on schedule.

Qualifications:
