Urgent Hiring - Project manger - MEP

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for assigned projects.

Review design documents, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely execution.

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for approvals, inspections, and compliance.

Ensure MEP activities are executed as per local authority regulations and safety standards.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and solutions.

Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.

Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.

· Ensures piping complies with electrical codes.

· Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.

· Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.

· Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.

2 – 3 years Previous experience in a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent preferably, formal marine mechanic training from a technical school.

In-depth knowledge of boat components and functionality.

Strong mechanical skills and proficiency in using various tools and techniques.

Urgent Hiring - MEP Draftsman

· Preparation of building plan & equipment layout, Lighting, Power, fire alarm system, UPS and ELV system.

· Prepare shop drawings / section / elevation drawings/ installation detail drawings for cable trays and other electrical installation services.

· Preparation of as built drawings and O&M manuals of all necessary MEP services upon the completion of project.

· Complete knowledge on the Bahrain EWA regulations to incorporate in the drawing.

· Designing the cable tray and cable sizes by calculating the voltage drops and tabulation.

· Preparation of shop drawings for LV and HV systems and obtaining approval from consultant.

· Preparation of Shop drawings for HVAC Systems, Firefighting systems, Chilled Water systems and Plumbing systems.

· التحقيق في الأضرار والإصابات والقضايا البيئية، وتقديم التقارير إلى الإدارة

· التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ بهدوء والإبلاغ عن المشكلات على الفور

· الحفاظ على جميع معدات السلامة ووثائق السفينة

· تحميل الوقود والمياه والإمدادات؛ الاحتفاظ بسجلات وبيانات مفصلة

توظيف عاجل - مدير مشروع - MEP

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

تخطيط وإدارة والإشراف على جميع أعمال MEP (HVAC والكهرباء والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق) للمشاريع المخصصة.

· معرفة كاملة بلوائح هيئة الكهرباء والماء في البحرين لتضمينها في الرسم.

· إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض والعالي والحصول على موافقة الاستشاري.
