 Security Operations Manager - Safeguard Our Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, measuring, and reporting on various technical aspects of security management, while providing operational support for new and existing systems. You will work closely with technology teams to ensure system consistency and resolve incidents rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on technical aspects of security management

• Provide operational support for core platforms, ensuring system consistency and stability

• Maintain operational standards, documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks

• Ensure rapid resolution of incidents and problems in compliance with the incident management process

• Design, coordinate, and oversee security testing procedures for systems, networks, and applications

• Manage vulnerability and risk assessments, and recommend treatment plans

• Assist IT staff with security audit failures and ensure corrective actions are taken

• Provide security communication, awareness, and training to various audiences

• Liaise with vendors and legal departments to establish contracts and service-level agreements

• Consult with IT teams to ensure security is incorporated in hardware, software, and application evaluations

• Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to enforce security policies

• Research, test, and recommend new or updated security tools, hardware, or software

• Work with the CISO to develop security programs and projects to address risks and business security requirements

• Monitor and report on compliance with security policies and enforcement across the IT department

• Lead technical security implementations and propose changes to policies for regulatory compliance

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

• Relevant certifications in Information Security, such as GSEC, GCIH, AWS Certified Security, or equivalent

• 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in an Information Security role

• Experience with security controls in Microsoft Windows and/or LINUX environments

• Knowledge of industry frameworks, especially PCI DSS

• Familiarity with cryptography and cryptanalysis principles

• Experience with Microsoft 365 security, AWS cloud environments, Linux, Kubernetes, and Fortigate firewalls

• Experience with device management via Microsoft Intune

نبحث عن متخصص أمان معلومات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدينا. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنسيق وقياس وتقرير الجوانب التقنية لإدارة الأمان، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم التشغيلي للأنظمة الجديدة والحالية. ستعمل عن كثب مع فرق التكنولوجيا لضمان اتساق النظام وحل الحوادث بسرعة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تنسيق وتقرير الجوانب التقنية لإدارة الأمان

• تقديم الدعم التشغيلي للأنظمة الأساسية، وضمان استقرار النظام

• الحفاظ على المعايير التشغيلية والوثائق وقواعد المعرفة ودليل التشغيل

• ضمان الحل السريع للحوادث والمشاكل بما يتماشى مع عملية إدارة الحوادث

• تصميم وتنسيق وإدارة إجراءات اختبار الأمان للأنظمة والشبكات والتطبيقات

• إدارة تقييمات الثغرات والمخاطر، وتوصية بخطط العلاج

• مساعدة فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في معالجة أخطاء تدقيق الأمان واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية

• تقديم التوعية والتدريب الأمني للمستفيدين من جميع المستويات

• التنسيق مع الموردين والأقسام القانونية لتحديد العقود واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة

• استشارة فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لضمان تضمين الأمان في تقييم الأجهزة والبرمجيات والتطبيقات

• التوصية وتنسيق تنفيذ الضوابط الفنية لفرض سياسات الأمان

• البحث واختبار وتوصية بأدوات أو برامج أو أجهزة أمان جديدة أو محدثة

• العمل مع CISO لتطوير برامج الأمان والمشاريع التي تعالج المخاطر ومتطلبات الأمان للأعمال

• مراقبة والإبلاغ عن الامتثال لسياسات الأمان وتنفيذها عبر قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• قيادة تنفيذات الأمان الفنية واقتراح تغييرات في السياسات لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• درجة بكاليروس في هندسة البرمجيات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو المجالات ذات الصلة

• شهادات ذات صلة في أمان المعلومات مثل GSEC، GCIH، AWS Certified Security أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور أمان المعلومات

• خبرة في تطبيق ضوابط الأمان على بيئات Microsoft Windows و/أو LINUX

• معرفة بالأطر الصناعية مثل PCI DSS

• إلمام بمبادئ التشفير والتحليل الشفري

• خبرة في أمان Microsoft 365، بيئات AWS السحابية، Linux، Kubernetes، وجدران الحماية Fortigate

• خبرة في إدارة الأجهزة عبر Microsoft Intune
