Main Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify business opportunities, and drive actionable insights

Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance across various teams and initiatives

Translate business goals into data questions, and proactively identify areas for optimization and growth

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver custom insights

Design, implement, and optimize data collection systems, databases, and reporting processes

Write clean, efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our systems

Clean, validate, and manage datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance

Summarize and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership

Lead or support project-based analysis efforts, from MVPs to cross-functional initiatives

Stay ahead of trends and suggest innovative, data-driven solutions to business problems

Talent Acquistion Specialist

Main Responsibilities

 Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific role requirements

Source qualified candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards), while maintaining a strong employer brand

Screen resumes and applications via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Coordinate interviews, from scheduling to follow-up, across screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role scopes

Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Collect and share feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment experience

Build and nurture talent pipelines and long-term relationships with potential candidates

Proactively contribute ideas for improving talent acquisition processes and systems

Support broader People & Culture initiatives as needed
