About the Role

Role Purpose

To provide learners with a rewarding and stimulating English language learning experience. To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English. To support the wider aims of the British Council and its cultural relations mission.

Main Accountabilities

Teaching

Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching that meets the needs of different customer groups, taking into account individual learning needs and modes of learning.

Ensure teaching meets British Council Global Teaching Standards, as well as organisational and learner expectations.

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance, and actively promote learner autonomy and progress.

Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.

Teaching Centre Activities

Support the teaching centre’s activities and British Council’s broader goals.

الغرض من الوظيفة

تقديم تجربة تعليمية مجزية ومحفزة للمتعلمين في اللغة الإنجليزية، وضمان جودة التعليم وفعالية التعلم. كما تهدف الوظيفة إلى دعم الأهداف العامة للمجلس الثقافي البريطاني ورسالته الثقافية.

المهام الرئيسية

التدريس

تخطيط وتحضير وتقديم دروس لغة إنجليزية عالية الجودة تلبي احتياجات المتعلمين المختلفة مع مراعاة احتياجات التعلم الفردية وأساليب التعلم المختلفة.

ضمان توافق التدريس مع معايير التعليم العالمية للمجلس الثقافي البريطاني وتوقعات المتعلمين.

مراقبة تقدم الطلاب وتقديم ملاحظات دورية للمساعدة في إدارة أدائهم وتعزيز الاستقلالية في التعلم.

الانخراط المستمر في التطوير المهني لضمان جودة التعليم والمحافظة على ريادة المجلس الثقافي البريطاني في هذا المجال.
