Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for promoting the company in the local market and related markets, and exploring high-quality investment institutions, projects, incubation organizations, media, and other industry practitioners in the locality.

Provide a quality pipeline of projects for operational activities and deeply engage in the development of local blockchain investments and industry growth.

Report and organize local resources to the platform, and assist in providing collaborative suggestions. During this period, the collaboration targets include, but are not limited to, project parties, investment institutions, incubation organizations, liquidity and market-making teams, media, and gaming guilds.

Requirements:

 1-3 years of work experience with exchange experience and investment experience.

 Passion and deep understanding for emerging trends in the blockchain industry, monitoring feedback from the community and proposing corresponding solutions.

Fluency in English and local languages, with teamwork capabilities.

Excellent writing skills and comprehension abilities.

Outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Business Development Manager / KOL BD MENA

Responsibilities

Identify and select the top KOLs and copy traders via data analysis, personal connections, or offline workshops and conferences; close the deal in cooperation to bring Blofin the top partners;

Create the best-of-best cooperation pattern to help with the branding and promotion of Blofin, user introduction, and revenue;

Maintain good relationships with KOLs;

Optimize the business proposal to maximize ROI for cooperation with each KOL.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year's experience as BD within crypto exchanges with proven track record;

Familiar with blockchain industry and crypto market and communities;

KOL resources and connections are a must;
