Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Review engineering designs layouts of new service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities.

Prepare project execution and quality plans, including safety and environmental reviews.

Execute and supervise the construction, commissioning and operation of new service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and HSE standards.

Execute and supervise the expansion, rebuilding and renovation of existing company owned and private dealers' service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities.

Assist in developing annual investment and expense budgets for the department.

Coordinate and assist in the tender process for vendor selection, from technical specifications to contractor evaluation and recommendation.

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

BSc. in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years' experience in engineering and petroleum operations with good knowledge of petroleum distribution and retailing business.

Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in engineering design together with experience in construction, redevelopment and renovation of service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities. 

Ability to integrate legal, regulatory, financial, and technical aspects of petroleum operations.

Proficient in English and Arabic, with skills in producing technical reports, proposals, and presentations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, project management, and computer skills.

Strong knowledge of operational standards and HSE regulations.

Up-to-date with trends in design, materials, and equipment for service stations and storage facilities.

مهندس مشروع أول

المسؤوليات:

مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية لمحطات الخدمة الجديدة ومرافق تخزين الوقود بالجملة.

إعداد خطط تنفيذ المشروع والجودة، بما في ذلك مراجعات السلامة والبيئة.

تنفيذ والإشراف على بناء وتشغيل محطات الخدمة الجديدة ومرافق تخزين الوقود بالجملة وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

تنفيذ والإشراف على توسيع وإعادة بناء وتجديد محطات الخدمة القائمة المملوكة للشركة والتجار من القطاع الخاص ومرافق تخزين الوقود بالجملة.

المساعدة في تطوير ميزانيات الاستثمار والنفقات السنوية للقسم.

تنسيق وتقديم المساعدة في عملية تقديم العطاءات لاختيار البائعين، من المواصفات الفنية إلى تقييم المقاول والتوصية به.

الخبرة والمؤهلات والمهارات:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية / الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الهندسة والعمليات البترولية مع معرفة جيدة بأعمال توزيع وتجارة التجزئة البترولية.

خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم الهندسي بالإضافة إلى الخبرة في البناء وإعادة التطوير وتجديد محطات الخدمة ومرافق تخزين الوقود بالجملة. 

القدرة على دمج الجوانب القانونية والتنظيمية والمالية والفنية للعمليات البترولية.

إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، مع مهارات في إعداد التقارير الفنية والمقترحات والعروض التقديمية.

مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين، والتواصل، والتفاوض، وإدارة المشاريع، والكمبيوتر.

معرفة قوية بالمعايير التشغيلية وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في التصميم والمواد والمعدات لمحطات الخدمة ومرافق التخزين.
