Head of Legal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably LLM; LLB or equivalent from other jurisdictions is acceptable.

• Must have studied abroad (at least one year of law study in an LLM or LLB program).

Experience:

• 10+ years post-qualification experience.

• Experience managing a team of lawyers at the level of Head of Legal or leading a legal team/section, managing associates, counsel, or similar roles at a law firm.

• Proven ability to independently manage and handle complex legal matters and projects for at least 5 years (with focus on commercial, contractual, negotiations with third parties, M&A, technology, IT or similar fields, managing litigation and external lawyers).

• Advantageous to have experience from a reputable law firm.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling.

• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and design apps (Canva, Photoshop).

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and what makes content perform.
