Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-focused Rig Supervisor to oversee day-to-day drilling and completion operations at the rig site. The Rig Supervisor ensures all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and the drilling program.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all drilling, completion, and workover operations on site.
Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Manage rig personnel, service companies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor well progress, daily costs, and logistics; provide accurate reporting to the operations team.
Ensure operations follow the drilling program and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Lead daily safety and operations meetings with rig crews and third-party contractors.
Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance, and ensure readiness for operations.
Respond quickly to emergencies or operational problems and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with geological, engineering, and production teams to ensure coordination across disciplines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control, and rig equipment.
Valid Well Control Certification (e.g., IWCF or IADC Well Sharp).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in drilling software and reporting tools.

نبحث عن مشرف حفر ذو خبرة عالية وتركيز على السلامة لمتابعة العمليات اليومية للحفر والإنهاء في موقع الحفر. يضمن مشرف الحفر أن جميع الأنشطة تتم بأمان وكفاءة ووفقًا لسياسات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية وبرنامج الحفر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الإشراف والتنسيق على جميع عمليات الحفر، الإنهاء، وأعمال الصيانة في الموقع
تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وضمان الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح
إدارة طاقم الحفر وشركات الخدمة والمعدات لضمان الأداء الأمثل
متابعة تقدم البئر والتكاليف اليومية واللوجستيات وتقديم تقارير دقيقة لفريق العمليات
التأكد من تنفيذ العمليات وفق برنامج الحفر وتقديم توصيات بالتعديلات عند الضرورة
قيادة اجتماعات السلامة والعمليات اليومية مع فرق الحفر والمقاولين الخارجيين
الإشراف على فحوصات المعدات والصيانة وضمان جاهزيتها للعمل
الاستجابة السريعة للطوارئ أو المشاكل التشغيلية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
التنسيق مع الفرق الجيولوجية والهندسية والإنتاجية لضمان التناغم بين الأقسام
المؤهلات:
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل شهادة في هندسة البترول أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في عمليات الحفر، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور إشرافي
فهم قوي لعمليات الحفر، السيطرة على الآبار، ومعدات الحفر
شهادة تحكم بالآبار صالحة (مثل IWCF أو IADC Well Sharp)
مهارات قيادية، حل مشكلات، واتصال قوية
