We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager/Supervisor to join our team and lead our workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the workshop ensuring efficient and timely maintenance repair and servicing of heavy equipment vehicles and light vehicles.
Supervise and lead a team of technicians mechanics and support staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards.
Manage inventory of spare parts tools and equipment ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
Liaise with clients suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Monitor workshop performance metrics including productivity quality and turnaround times and implement improvements as needed.
Prepare and manage budgets reports and documentation related to workshop operations.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and technical issues providing hands-on support when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager Supervisor or similar role in heavy equipment vehicles or automotive industries.
Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment vehicles and light vehicles including diagnostics repair and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
