A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for a Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Reporting Officer

MINIMUM 5 Years+ Experience, Preferably in an Insurance Company

• Develop compliance aids and strategies for effective implementation liaising with insurer and clients

• Ensure compliance with all CBB and regulatory authority requirements relevant to Insurance Licensee

• Maintain and update compliance schedules

• Report periodically to Board and management on compliance status

• Educate employees on compliance issues and procedures

• Communicate with clients and insurers to obtain necessary compliance information

• Research client backgrounds and follow up to obtain compliance details promptly

• Review marketing and advertising materials for accuracy

• Guide back-office staff on daily compliance activities

• Maintain premium schedules for management review

• Assist with internal control procedures over accounts receivables and collections
