AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Main Duties

 Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine tasks and non-routine tasks.

 Replace components on Company or other operators aircraft and engines as required.

 Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulation.

 Strictly adhere to company safety rules and regulation and to wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.

 Adhere and comply with aircraft approved maintenance documents instructions when performing any routine tasks and non-routine tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems.

 Make sure that all equipments and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition. Report any faulty equipment or tool to Engineer or Duty Manager, unserviceable tool/ equipment must be isolated and attach a with unserviceable tag.

 Service equipment and aircraft special tools as deemed necessary to maintain them in a serviceable, safe and clean condition.

 As part of maintenance practice, make sure that all tools used to perfom any routine and non-routine task are registered, to make sure they are removed on task completion.

 On completion of routine tasks and non-routine tasks, make sure that work area is tidy and free from any loose articles.

 Assist in positioning and clearing equipment to carry maintenance tasks on aircraft.

 Make sure that all tools and equipment used are returned to proper location.

 Perform the headset duties during engine ground runs and aircraft Towing in accordance with company TIM procedures.

 Adhere to Airside Safety Rules and Regulations in regard to driving and work area cleanliness.

 Purchase a approved tool kit containing appropriate tools to perform duties on the company and third party fleets.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PLANNING SUPERVISOR

MAIN DUTIES

 Maintenance Forecasting and Scheduling

 Develop and manage detailed short, medium, and long-term maintenance forecasts for the entire fleet using the AMOS system, based on aircraft utilization and operational plans.

 Ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities are accurately aligned with flight schedules and maintenance program thresholds.

 Optimise maintenance plans dynamically in response to operational changes, ensuring continued compliance with airworthiness requirements and minimal impact on operations.

 Work Package Development and Execution

 Prepare and issue comprehensive work packages for Line and Base Maintenance, including A-Checks, C-Checks, and heavy maintenance inputs (6-year, 12-year, structural inspections).

 Coordinate with third-party MROs and internal departments to ensure required documentation, materials, manpower, and tooling are in place for seamless execution.

 Ensure that planned activities are completed within the approved timeframes, budget, and quality standards.

 Airworthiness and Compliance Oversight

 Review and plan the incorporation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and Modifications in coordination with Engineering and Production teams.

 Monitor due dates and plan for timely compliance with regulatory and manufacturer-mandated items, ensuring proper back-reporting in AMOS for authority audits.

 Establish and manage a dedicated Modifications Control process to monitor, plan, and track all SBs, ADs, and warranty-limited items.

 AMOS System Administration and Development

 Provide training and functional guidance on AMOS to planning team members, ensuring high-quality data entry, compliance tracking, and work package generation.

 Coordinate with IT to address AMOS anomalies, define new workflows, recommend process improvements, and implement configuration or parameter changes for operational efficiency.

المهام الرئيسية

 العمل مع، وتحت إشراف، مهندسي تكييف الهواء/فنيي الترخيص المعينين للقيام بالمهام الروتينية والمهام غير الروتينية.

 استبدال المكونات على طائرات الشركة أو طائرات المشغلين الآخرين ومحركاتها حسب الحاجة.

 الالتزام الصارم بقواعد وأنظمة موظفي الشركة.

 الالتزام الصارم بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة في الشركة وارتداء الزي الرسمي المناسب وأحذية السلامة أثناء العمل.

 الالتزام والالتزام بتعليمات وثائق صيانة الطائرات المعتمدة عند القيام بأي مهام روتينية ومهام غير روتينية والتعرف على جميع احتياطات السلامة المتعلقة لتجنب الإصابات الشخصية أو الأضرار التي تلحق بهياكل وأنظمة الطائرات.

 تأكد من أن جميع المعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات في حالة صالحة للصيانة وآمنة. أبلغ المهندس أو مدير المناوبة عن أي معدات أو أدوات معيبة. يجب عزل الأدوات/المعدات غير الصالحة للصيانة ووضع علامة عليها.

 معدات الخدمة والأدوات الخاصة بالطائرات حسب ما يراه ضروريا للحفاظ عليها في حالة صالحة للخدمة وآمنة ونظيفة.

 كجزء من ممارسة الصيانة، تأكد من تسجيل جميع الأدوات المستخدمة لأداء أي مهمة روتينية وغير روتينية، للتأكد من إزالتها عند اكتمال المهمة.

 عند الانتهاء من المهام الروتينية والمهام غير الروتينية، تأكد من أن منطقة العمل مرتبة وخالية من أي أغراض فضفاضة.

 المساعدة في تحديد موقع المعدات وتطهيرها لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة على متن الطائرات.

 تأكد من إرجاع جميع الأدوات والمعدات المستخدمة إلى مكانها الصحيح.

 أداء واجبات سماعة الرأس أثناء تشغيل المحرك على الأرض وسحب الطائرات وفقًا لإجراءات TIM الخاصة بالشركة.

 الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة في منطقة العمل فيما يتعلق بالقيادة ونظافة منطقة العمل.

 شراء مجموعة أدوات معتمدة تحتوي على الأدوات المناسبة لأداء المهام على أساطيل الشركة وأساطيل الطرف الثالث.

 التنبؤ بالصيانة والجدولة

 تطوير وإدارة توقعات الصيانة التفصيلية قصيرة ومتوسطة وطويلة الأجل للأسطول بأكمله باستخدام نظام AMOS، استنادًا إلى خطط استخدام الطائرات والخطط التشغيلية.

 تأكد من أن أنشطة الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة تتوافق بدقة مع جداول الرحلات وحدود برنامج الصيانة.

 تحسين خطط الصيانة بشكل ديناميكي استجابة للتغيرات التشغيلية، وضمان الامتثال المستمر لمتطلبات صلاحية الطيران والحد الأدنى من التأثير على العمليات.

 تطوير حزمة العمل وتنفيذها

 إعداد وإصدار حزم عمل شاملة لصيانة الخطوط والقواعد، بما في ذلك عمليات الفحص A، وعمليات الفحص C، ومدخلات الصيانة الثقيلة (عمليات التفتيش الهيكلية كل 6 سنوات، و12 سنة).

 التنسيق مع شركات الصيانة والإصلاح التابعة لجهات خارجية والأقسام الداخلية لضمان توافر الوثائق والمواد والقوى العاملة والأدوات اللازمة للتنفيذ السلس.

 التأكد من إكمال الأنشطة المخطط لها ضمن الإطار الزمني المعتمد والميزانية ومعايير الجودة.

 مراقبة صلاحية الطيران والامتثال

 مراجعة وتخطيط دمج توجيهات صلاحية الطيران (ADs)، ونشرات الخدمة (SBs)، وأوامر الهندسة (EOs)، والتعديلات بالتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنتاج.

 مراقبة مواعيد الاستحقاق والتخطيط للامتثال في الوقت المناسب للعناصر التنظيمية والبنود التي يفرضها المصنع، وضمان تقديم التقارير الخلفية المناسبة في AMOS لعمليات تدقيق السلطات.

 إنشاء وإدارة عملية التحكم في التعديلات المخصصة لمراقبة وتخطيط وتتبع جميع SBs وADs والعناصر المحدودة الضمان.

 إدارة وتطوير نظام AMOS

 توفير التدريب والتوجيه الوظيفي على AMOS لأعضاء فريق التخطيط، وضمان إدخال البيانات عالية الجودة، وتتبع الامتثال، وتوليد حزمة العمل.

 التنسيق مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات لمعالجة تشوهات AMOS، وتحديد سير العمل الجديدة، والتوصية بتحسينات العملية، وتنفيذ تغييرات التكوين أو المعلمات لتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية.
