Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production meetings, workforce tasks, machine usage, maintenance, and quality control

• Organize and lead all production-related activities in line with budget and timeline constraints

• Enforce safety regulations and standards across the factory floor

• Allocate resources and manage timelines to meet production targets

• Ensure all products meet the quality levels required by clients

• Implement new processes and train workers to meet evolving client needs

• Execute factory strategic manufacturing plans and align them with plant-wide goals

• Supervise product quality and enforce quality control measures

• Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and finance to manage shipping and receiving schedules

• Work with other factory managers to optimize processes and adopt best practices

• Communicate with contract clients regarding product status from initiation to shipment

• Review team performance and identify training needs for production staff

• تخطيط اجتماعات الإنتاج وجدولة المهام والعمال وصيانة الآلات وجودة المنتجات

• تنظيم وتوجيه جميع أنشطة الإنتاج بما يتماشى مع الميزانية والجدول الزمني

• تطبيق معايير السلامة والالتزام بها من قبل جميع العمال

• إدارة الموارد وتوزيعها لتحقيق أهداف المصنع

• ضمان مطابقة المنتج لمتطلبات الجودة التي يحددها العملاء

• تنفيذ برامج جديدة وتدريب الفرق لمواكبة متطلبات السوق

• تنفيذ خطة المصنع الاستراتيجية للإنتاج بما يتماشى مع الاستراتيجية العامة للمصنع

• الإشراف على جودة المنتج وتطبيق برامج ضبط الجودة

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop AutoCAD shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

• Independently size piping and ducting as per project requirements

• Supervise ductwork on-site, manage workforce, and take accurate site measurements

• Design and draft HVAC systems including duct layouts as per approved drawings

• Support fabrication and installation work when required

• Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with design and quality standards

• Coordinate with CAD teams, engineers, and project managers for drawing finalization

• Ensure adherence to plumbing layout codes and design specifications

• Utilize AutoCAD and relevant software with high proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting design and drafting

• Capable of independent layout sizing and supervision

• Familiarity with MEP codes, construction standards, and site operations

• Ability to work under pressure and extend hours when required

• Strong AutoCAD and drafting software skills
