Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation.

Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize losses and improve accuracy.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to meet business demands.

Act as an Interim Operations Supervisor, leading warehouse staff and ensuring smooth workflow in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Assist in process optimization and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably within an FMCG environment.

Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
