1. Draftsman

Job Description:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software
  • Basic knowledge of ELV systems (BMS, GRMS, CCTV, FAS, ACS, PAVA, TB etc.)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ELV drafting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

2. Commissioning Technician 

Job Description:

  • Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience in BMS installation and commissioning
  • Strong understanding of BMS systems and HVAC controls
  • Hands-on experience with BMS hardware (controllers, sensors, actuators)
  • Knowledge of BMS software. Preferably with Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) brand
  • Ability to read and interpret control drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning BMS systems
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc)
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Basic computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV QA/QC roles
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems (BMS GRMS,CCTV, fire alarm, access control, PAVA,
  • Traffic Barnier etc)
  • Famillarity with intemational standards (NFPA, BS, IEC, etc)
  • Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation (ITPs, method statements, checklists)
  • Ability to conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Certification in QA/QC or related field
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة المؤيد للتجارة والمقاولات وتفاصيلها:

1.  رسام

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • دبلوم أو شهادة في الرسم أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة
  • الكفاءة في برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج CAD الأخرى
  • المعرفة الأساسية بأنظمة ELV (BMS، GRMS، CCTV، FAS، ACS، PAVA، TB وما إلى ذلك)
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في صياغة ELV
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والتخطيطات الفنية
  • المعرفة بالمعايير واللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في صياغة العمل

2.  فني التشغيل 

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • دبلوم أو معهد تدريب مهني في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الأجهزة
  • 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تركيب وتشغيل أنظمة إدارة المباني
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة إدارة المباني وضوابط التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء
  • خبرة عملية في استخدام أجهزة BMS (وحدات التحكم، وأجهزة الاستشعار، والمحركات)
  • معرفة ببرامج إدارة المباني (BMS). يُفضل أن تكون من علامة Automated Logic Corporation (ALC).
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات التحكم ومخططات الأسلاك
  • خبرة في اختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتشغيل أنظمة BMS
  • المعرفة ببروتوكولات الاتصال (BACnet، Modbus، LonWorks، إلخ)
  • مهارات جيدة في التوثيق وإعداد التقارير
  • معرفة أساسية بالكمبيوتر وإتقان برامج MS Office
  • مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات

3.  مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية / الإلكترونية / الاتصالات
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في أدوار ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في ELV
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV (BMS GRMS، CCTV، إنذار الحريق، التحكم في الوصول، PAVA،
  • حاجز المرور وما إلى ذلك)
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (NFPA، BS، IEC، إلخ)
  • خبرة في إعداد وثائق ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (خطط العمل المتكاملة، وبيانات الطريقة، وقوائم المراجعة)
  • القدرة على إجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض
  • إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وAutoCAD وأدوات إعداد التقارير الخاصة بضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق
  • شهادة في ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة
  • معرفة معايير ISO وأنظمة إدارة الجودة
