 Architect

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture or architectural engineering (Candidates from the Philippines should hold PRC with minimum 8 years membership) - Required

Professional/ engineering license (Required)

eight years minimum experience in architecture

Strong project management, communication and presentation skills (Required)

Excellent portfolio of previous works preferably in Middle East (Preferred)

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SketchUp and Microsoft Office applications (Required))

INTERIOR DESIGNER

 Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Define project requirements and interpret the customer needs into rough plans

Work on the design according to the budget

Perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation

Produce mood, material and design presentations

Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team

Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

Provide full site supervision on all Designed projects.

Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent [Required]

6+ years experience in design and supervision of electrical engineering projects and MEP [Required]

3+ years experience in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications [Required]

Professional engineering license (CRPEP) [Preferred]

Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in the English language [Preferred]

Electrical Draftsman

 Qualifications

Minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent [Required]

3-4+ years experience in the design and supervision of electrical engineering projects and MEP [Required]

3+ years experience in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications [Required]

Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in the English language [Required]

3+ years experience with an exceptional portfolio in managing electrical engineering projects in GCC or MENA region [Preferred]

رخصة مهنية/هندسية (مطلوب)

ثماني سنوات من الخبرة على الأقل في مجال الهندسة المعمارية

مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل والعرض (مطلوب)

محفظة ممتازة من الأعمال السابقة ويفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط (مفضل)

كفاءة قوية في تطبيقات AutoCAD و3DS MAX وSketchUp وMicrosoft Office (مطلوب)

مصمم داخلي

 المسؤوليات

تنفيذ مشروع التصميم من المفهوم إلى الإنجاز

تحديد متطلبات المشروع وترجمة احتياجات العميل إلى خطط تقريبية

العمل على التصميم حسب الميزانية

تنفيذ المهام بما في ذلك التصميم المفاهيمي والتصميم التخطيطي وتطوير التصميم وتخطيط المساحة وتوثيق البناء

رسام كهربائي

دبلوم كحد أدنى في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها [مطلوب]

3-4+ سنوات خبرة في تصميم وإشراف مشاريع الهندسة الكهربائية وميكانيكا الكهرباء والسباكة [مطلوب]

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطبيقات AutoCAD 2D وMicrosoft Office [مطلوب]

مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل الشفهي والكتابي والعرض باللغة الإنجليزية [مطلوب]

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات مع محفظة استثنائية في إدارة مشاريع الهندسة الكهربائية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا [مفضل]
