Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Help Desk Manager to oversee the ManageEngine Help Desk ticketing system for service requests, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) contracts, and change requests. This role is responsible for ensuring effective coordination between clients and the service team to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Ticketing System Management
Oversee the ManageEngine Help Desk system, managing service requests, PPM tasks, AMC contracts, and change requests. Ensure timely resolution of all tickets and tasks as per SLA requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Ensure effective communication and coordination between clients and the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
SLA Adherence
Monitor and enforce adherence to service level agreements, ensuring all services meet or exceed client expectations.
Ticket Assignment & Prioritization
Assign and prioritize tickets based on urgency and service requirements. Ensure tickets are handled within defined time frames.
Client Satisfaction
