We are seeking Showroom Manager and Floor Managers with prior hypermarket management experience for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the showroom staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, between 27 to 40 years old

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within a hypermarket or similar large-format retail setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management practices.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

نبحث عن مدير صالة ومدراء طوابق بخبرة في إدارة الهايبرماركت

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة التجزئة أو مجال ذي صلة (العمر بين 27 إلى 40 سنة)

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في بيئة البيع بالتجزئة، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور إداري ويفضل في الهايبرماركت أو تجارة التجزئة ذات الحجم الكبير

• مهارات قيادة واتصال وعلاقات شخصية قوية

• توجه ممتاز لخدمة العملاء وقدرة على حل المشكلات

• سجل ناجح في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وإدارة الفرق

• معرفة بمبادئ العرض البصري وإدارة المخزون

• إلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والتطبيقات الحاسوبية الأساسية

• القدرة على العمل بجدول زمني مرن يشمل الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
