Job Vacancy: Logistics Manager – Retail Industry

Location: Bahrain

Industry: Retail

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Retail sector experience in Bahrain or GCC countries)

We are a leading Hypermarket in Bahrain seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail logistics within Bahrain or the wider GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and retail outlets for timely stock replenishment.

• Develop cost-effective logistics strategies to improve delivery performance.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and local import/export laws.

• Lead and develop logistics team members, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

• Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align logistics with business needs.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics management within the retail sector.

• Experience in Bahrain or other GCC countries is a must.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

نحن هايبرماركت رائد في البحرين نبحث عن مدير لوجستي لإدارة وتحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد واللوجستيات

المهام الرئيسية

• إدارة سلسلة التوريد من الشراء والتخزين والتوزيع والنقل

• مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق مع الموردين والفروع لضمان التوريد في الوقت المناسب

• تطوير استراتيجيات لوجستية فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتحسين الأداء

• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الجمارك والقوانين المحلية للاستيراد والتصدير

• قيادة وتطوير أعضاء فريق اللوجستيات

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والمشتريات والعمليات لتنسيق الاحتياجات

المتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة اللوجستيات في قطاع التجزئة

• الخبرة في البحرين أو دول الخليج مطلوبة

• معرفة قوية بإجراءات سلسلة التوريد والتخزين والتخطيط للنقل

• مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
