Manager – Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the accounting department.

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.

• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.

• Supervising and mentoring accounting staff.

• Coordinating audits and tax returns.

• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.

• Evaluating the financial performance of the company and its divisions, identifying and assessing financial risks.

• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية والممارسات.

• إجادة استخدام البرمجيات المحاسبية.

• معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية.
