Senior Accountant Job in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations for events and marketing industry (supplier costs, project accounting, asset tracking, expenses)

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Coordinate with external auditors and complete audits timely

• Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT and accounting regulations

• Handle Saudi Arabia VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and compliance

• Manage Fatoora e-invoicing portal activities and stay updated with GAZT/ZATCA guidelines

• Supervise payroll, asset management, reconciliations, and daily financial transactions

• Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts

• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred

• Minimum 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in events & marketing

• Strong knowledge of Bahrain & Saudi tax laws including VAT, Zakat, WHT

• Familiarity with Fatoora e-invoicing and compliance portals

• Proficient with accounting software like Zoho Books or ERP systems

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multi-border priorities

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة عمليات المحاسبة لصناعة الفعاليات والتسويق

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية

• التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين

• ضمان الامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة وقوانين المحاسبة في البحرين

• التعامل مع ضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة وضريبة الاستقطاع في السعودية

• إدارة أنشطة بوابة الفاتورة الإلكترونية (Fatoora)

• الإشراف على الرواتب وإدارة الأصول والمطابقات المالية

• إعداد الميزانيات وتوقعات التدفق النقدي

• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الضبط المالي الداخلية

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• شهادات CPA أو ACCA أو CMA ميزة إضافية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاع الفعاليات والتسويق

• معرفة قوية بقوانين الضرائب في البحرين والسعودية

• الإلمام ببوابة الفاتورة الإلكترونية وأدوات المحاسبة المحلية

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة مثل Zoho Books أو أنظمة ERP

• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية واتصالية قوية

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الأولويات عبر الحدود
