Group Accountant Job In Bahrain

Description

Job description:

• Managing all aspects of financials of Unique wll

• Ongoing daily bookkeeping

• Invoices, payroll, profit/loss statements

• Tax planning and VAT Filing

• Liaison with clients

• Ability to effectively negotiate prices with purchasers/support services

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Facilitating payroll/scheduling employees

• Issuing invoices to customers and tracking accounts receivable

• Maintaining financial records and preparing documents for annual statements

• Tracking accounts payable and paying suppliers

• Daily, monthly, weekly financial reports, etc.

• Develop strategies for costs savings initiatives and continued business financial success

• Performs other duties as assigned such as providing and explaining financial reports as required to management in a timely manner every week & month end i.e profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports etc.

Candidates should be available inside Bahrain with valid work visa.

Candidates should have minimum 5 years of Experience.

A reputable company in Bahrain is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Monitor and reconcile bank statements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial standards

• Coordinate with auditors and external financial consultants when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

مطلوب محاسب مجموعات – البحرين

الوصف الوظيفي:

• إدارة كافة الجوانب المالية لشركة Unique wll

• المحاسبة اليومية المستمرة

• الفواتير، الرواتب، بيانات الأرباح والخسائر

• التخطيط الضريبي وتقديم ضريبة القيمة المضافة

• التواصل مع العملاء

• التفاوض الفعّال على الأسعار

• الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة

• تنسيق الرواتب وجدولة الموظفين

• إصدار الفواتير وتتبع الحسابات المستحقة

• الحفاظ على السجلات المالية وإعداد المستندات للبيانات السنوية

• إعداد التقارير المالية اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية

• تطوير استراتيجيات توفير التكاليف

• تقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة أسبوعياً وشهرياً (بيانات الأرباح والخسائر، الإغلاق الشهري، تقارير التكلفة، إلخ)

الشروط:

• التواجد داخل البحرين بتأشيرة عمل سارية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات

مطلوب محاسب ذو خبرة للانضمام لفريق عمل شركة مرموقة في البحرين

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وصيانة السجلات والتقارير والبيانات المالية

• إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة

• مراقبة وتسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية

• ضمان الالتزام باللوائح الضريبية المحلية والمعايير المالية

• التنسيق مع المدققين والمستشارين الماليين الخارجيين عند الحاجة

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (QuickBooks، Tally، أو مشابه)

• دقة وانتباه للتفاصيل

• مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
