General Manager - Financial Service Provider, Bahrain
Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Design strategy and set goals for growth.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Set policies and processes.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Direct the employee assessment process.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within an accounting firm or in a VAT-focused role.
In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and accounting standards (IFRS).
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid Bahraini Driving License (Highly Desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Accountant - Travel & Tourism Office (Indian National)
Salary: BD 150 + 30 ALLOWANCE + FREE ACCOMMODATION
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and bank transactions (cheque deposits and international money transfers)
Handle general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the GCC region
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus

وصف الوظيفة:
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية.
تصميم الاستراتيجيات وتحديد الأهداف للنمو.
الحفاظ على الميزانيات وتحقيق التوفير في النفقات.
وضع السياسات والعمليات.
ضمان أن يعمل الموظفون بشكل منتج ويتطورون مهنيًا.
الإشراف على عمليات التوظيف وتدريب الموظفين الجدد.
تقييم وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي والمالي.
توجيه عملية تقييم الموظفين.
إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.
تقديم الحلول للمشاكل (مثل انخفاض الأرباح، الصراعات بين الموظفين، خسارة الأعمال لصالح المنافسين).
المتطلبات:
درجة البكاليروس/الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة محاسبية أو في دور يركز على ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
معرفة معمقة بتشريعات ضريبة القيمة المضافة والمعايير المحاسبية (IFRS).
إلمام قوي ببرامج المحاسبة (مثل Tally ERP، Zoho، أو ما شابه) وMS Excel.
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات والتنظيم الممتازة.
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية (مفضل جدًا).
مهارات تواصل بين شخصية وكتابية ممتازة.
📍 مطلوب محاسب - هندي للعمل في مكتب سياحة وسفر
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية والتقارير المالية والمعاملات البنكية مثل إيداع الشيكات والتحويلات المالية الدولية.
التعامل مع وظائف السجل العام، التسويات، وإغلاق الشهر/السنة.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية والقوانين الضريبية.
التنسيق والتواصل مع المدققين الخارجيين، البنوك، والسلطات التنظيمية.
المؤهلات:
درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل في منطقة الخليج.
إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة وMS Excel.
انتباه قوي للتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
قدرة ممتازة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
