• الحفاظ على الرقابة الداخلية: تطوير وتوثيق العمليات التجارية والسياسات المحاسبية للحفاظ على وتقوية الرقابة الداخلية. التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات المحاسبة الجماعية وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية، وتسهيل عمليات التدقيق من خلال توفير معلومات مالية شفافة.

• تنسيق التدقيق: قيادة عملية التدقيق الخارجي والعمل مع المدققين لضمان اكتمالها في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لمتطلبات التدقيق. التعامل مع أي قضايا تم تحديدها أثناء التدقيق وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.

• التخطيط السنوي والتوقعات المتجددة: تطوير وتحديد الأهداف السنوية للإيرادات والتسويق والنفقات المحلية. ضمان دقة التوقعات المالية طوال السنة المالية.

• الشراكة التجارية: تقديم تحليلات مفيدة ونماذج مالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية. العمل كشريك تجاري موثوق للإدارة في المسائل المالية، وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.

• تحسين العمليات والكفاءة: دفع التحسينات في نظم المحاسبة والتقارير والإجراءات لتحسين كفاءة ودقة العمل المالي.

• القيادة وتطوير الفريق: قيادة وتطوير فريق مالي عالي الأداء، مع ضمان بيئة تعاونية ونتائج محورية.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة (يفضل الماجستير أو MBA أو CMA أو CPA).

• 8 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة ذات الصلة في وظائف مثل مدير مالي، مراقب مالي، أو شريك مالي تجاري (يفضل في شركات تكنولوجيا/فينتك مرموقة أو شركات مدرجة/متعددة الجنسيات).

• معرفة شاملة بالإجراءات المحاسبية العامة وخبرة في وظائف دفتر الأستاذ العام وعمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والسنوية.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إتقان اللغة الصينية ميزة إضافية).

• خبرة عملية في أنظمة التخطيط المالي والمحاسبة على مستوى المؤسسات.

• مهارات نمذجة وتحليل استثنائية.

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة غير منظمة وإدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد.

• مهارات اتصال وعلاقات بين الأشخاص ممتازة.

• اهتمام ملحوظ بتكنولوجيا العملات الرقمية والبلوك تشين.
