Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electromechanical Engineering

3–5 years of sales experience in Bahrain’s industrial market

Strong contacts with end clients (EWA, BAPCO, ALBA) and contractors in water/wastewater sectors
Required Skills

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and industrial instruments

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong ability to assess client needs and propose solutions

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
-
Contact clients and build strong relations with end users and contractors

Develop partnerships with suppliers and promote new products/services

Support sales strategies and handle building material inquiries
Proposal & Contract Management

Generate and respond to inquiries with complete techno-commercial proposals

Coordinate with suppliers for offers and pricing
-
Negotiate contracts and manage all handover documentation
Technical Support & Coordination

Provide product demos, trainings, and technical clarifications

Coordinate orders, installation, and after-sales support
-
Work with manufacturers to meet client expectations and timelines
Reporting & Collaboration

Reports to: Sales Manager

Collaborates with: General Manager, Procurement, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers
