📋 Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior Project Surveyors to measure quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities

• Assist in preparing tender documentation

• Support viability studies and cost estimates

• Implement cost control procedures during project execution

• Evaluate variations, additions, and omissions, incorporating them into monthly cost reports

• Assist in preparing, pricing, and negotiating change orders with clients and contractors

• Conduct market testing of rates and analyze tender returns

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from an accredited university

• Recent graduates of 2024 or 2025 (no later than September 2025) are eligible

AECOM Bahrain is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Site Landscape Architect to join our award-winning Landscape Architecture team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about shaping outdoor environments and designing spaces that connect people with nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior landscape architects in overseeing the execution of landscape works on-site.

• Review and coordinate detailed shop drawings and materials submissions.
