Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of International Baccalaureate (IB) to join our exceptional Secondary Leadership team as Assistant Head of Secondary. This position has become available due to the promotion of the current head, and we are looking for a passionate leader who shares our vision of high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IB Diploma Programme and courses for Grades 11 and 12.
Ensure the highest standards of academic achievement and student engagement.
Collaborate with staff to develop innovative teaching practices and resources.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
Actively engage with parents and the community to promote the IB ethos.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the IB curriculum and student outcomes.
