نبذة عن الوظيفة:
يقوم المستشار بقيادة تصميم تحويل رقمي شامل لإدارة الاتفاقيات الفرعية، ويقدم توصيات تقنية مناسبة، ويضمن تكامل النظام مع دورة حياة المشروع ومتطلبات الامتثال. تشمل المهام تحليل العمليات الحالية، تصميم نموذج العمليات المستقبلية، وتقييم التكنولوجيا وتقديم توصيات بأنظمة مناسبة.
المسؤوليات:

توثيق وتحليل سير العمل الحالي لإدارة الاتفاقيات الفرعية، وتحديد العوائق والمخاطر والثغرات

التنسيق مع الوحدات الداخلية لتحسين إدارة الشركاء
-
تطوير نموذج العملية المستقبلية التي تشمل: بدء الاتفاقية، الموافقات متعددة المستويات، مراجعة التقارير، معالجة المصروفات والمدفوعات، وتدفقات العمل مع الشركاء

مراجعة أنظمة ERP الحالية وإجراء تحليل مقارن للحلول البرمجية الممكنة (مثل SmartSimple، Salesforce)

تقديم تقرير مفصل مع خطة تنفيذ وتوصيات واختيارات اختبار تجريبي
المتطلبات الأساسية:

خبرة مثبتة في إعادة هندسة العمليات والتحول الرقمي، ويفضل في قطاع التنمية الدولية أو البحث

معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الاتفاقيات، المنح، الشركاء، أو المنظمات الدولية

خبرة في تكامل أنظمة ERP وأدوات SaaS المتعلقة بدورة حياة المشروع

مهارات تيسير عالية وقدرة على التواصل مع الأطراف المعنية

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً (مع معرفة أو خبرة أساسية في اللغة الإسبانية ميزة إضافية)

Job Description:
The consultant will lead the design of a comprehensive digital transformation for end-to-end sub-agreement management and recommend a suitable technological solution, ensuring integration with project lifecycle and compliance requirements. Tasks include documenting current processes, designing future workflows, and assessing technology solutions.
Responsibilities:

Document and analyze current sub-agreement management processes, identifying bottlenecks, compliance risks, and gaps
-
Coordinate with internal teams on partner management improvements

Develop future-state process model including initiation, multi-level approvals, report reviews, payment processing, partner workflows
-
Review current ERP systems and conduct comparative analysis of software solutions (e.g., SmartSimple, Salesforce)
-
Deliver detailed reports including implementation plans, recommendations, and pilot options
Essential Requirements:

Proven expertise in business process reengineering and digital transformation, preferably in international development or research sectors

Experience with sub-agreement, grants, partner management systems or international/nonprofit organizations

Familiarity with ERP integration and SaaS tools relevant to project lifecycle and compliance

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Terms of Employment:
Remote consultancy contract, estimated 8 weeks (30-40 person-days), renewable based on needs. Consultancy fees governed by Alliance policy.
