🔹 Role Overview

As a PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead daily classroom activities and support the academic and personal growth of our learners. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about teaching and eager to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily homeroom sessions and effectively manage the classroom.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.

• Create and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

• Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of learners.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent).

• Teaching certification (preferred).

• Previous experience in a classroom setting is essential.

• Familiarity with the PYP curriculum is an advantage.

• متابعة وتقييم تقدم الطلاب ورفاههم.

• التواصل المنتظم مع أولياء الأمور بشأن تطور الطلاب.

• التعاون مع المعلمين والموظفين الآخرين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في الفصل.

🔹 المؤهلات

• درجة بكاليريوس في التربية أو مجال ذي صلة (أو ما يعادلها).

• شهادة تدريس (مفضلة).

• الخبرة في التدريس في الفصول الدراسية أمر أساسي.

• معرفة بمنهج PYP ميزة إضافية.
