We are a leading fire and life safety solutions provider in Bahrain, specializing in:

• Firefighting Systems (Sprinklers, FM-200, Foam, etc.)

• Fire Alarm & Detection Systems (Addressable & Conventional)

• Fire-Rated Doors (Steel & Wooden)

• Firestop & Sealant Solutions

• Special Systems (Voice Evacuation, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting, Aspiration Systems, and Gas Suppression Systems)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take charge of business development, client acquisition, and sales growth across all verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for all fire and life safety verticals

• Identify and approach potential clients: contractors, consultants, project managers, and facility managers

• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations

• Attend technical meetings, site visits, and coordination sessions

• Monitor market trends, tender opportunities, and competitor activity

• Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams for accurate proposals

• Ensure follow-up on project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection and life safety system sales in Bahrain

• Strong knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense Regulations, and local/international standards

• Experience with FM-200, NOVEC, VESDA, Emergency Lighting, and Voice Evacuation systems preferred

• Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle required

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Able to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: BD400.000 – BD600.000 per month

• أنظمة إنذار وكشف الحريق (العنوانية والتقليدية)

• الأبواب المقاومة للحريق (حديد وخشب)

• حلول العزل المقاوم للحريق والمواد المانعة للتسرب

• الأنظمة الخاصة (أنظمة الإخلاء الصوتي، البطاريات المركزية، إضاءة الطوارئ، أنظمة الشفط، وأنظمة الإخماد بالغاز)

نبحث حالياً عن مدير مبيعات ذو خبرة لقيادة عمليات تطوير الأعمال، واكتساب العملاء، وتحقيق نمو في المبيعات عبر جميع المجالات.

المسؤوليات:

• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط مبيعات استراتيجية لجميع مجالات الحماية والسلامة

• استهداف العملاء المحتملين مثل المقاولين، الاستشاريين، مديري المشاريع، ومديري المرافق

• إعداد وتقديم عروض تجارية وفنية متكاملة

• حضور الاجتماعات الفنية وزيارات المواقع وجلسات تنسيق المشاريع

• معرفة جيدة بمعايير NFPA ولوائح الدفاع المدني والمعايير المحلية والدولية

• يفضل الخبرة في أنظمة FM-200، NOVEC، VESDA، الإضاءة الطارئة، وأنظمة الإخلاء الصوتي

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية ومركبة خاصة

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• مهارات تواصل وعرض وتفاوض ممتازة

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fire Alarm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems. A valid manual Bahrain driving license is essential. The candidate must be technically skilled, organized, and knowledgeable in Bahrain Civil Defense standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fire alarm technicians across multiple sites

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and system testing

• Diagnose and fix faults in fire alarm components

• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Civil Defense regulations

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and false alarms

• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

• Support in system upgrades and new installations

• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and civil defense authorities

• Drive company-provided manual vehicle to job sites

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or equivalent
