Job Title: Managed Print Services (MPS) Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Implement, configure, and support print management solutions for clients.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and optimize print workflows.

Integrate MPS with existing IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and authentication systems.
-
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
-
Conduct system testing and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.

Work with sales teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation and demonstrations.
-
Stay updated with industry trends and MPS innovations to improve service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–7 years of experience in MPS consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.

Strong knowledge of Managed Print Services, print security, fleet management, and digital workflow solutions.

Experience with MPS software platforms such as PaperCut, uniFLOW, SafeQ, etc.

Relevant certifications in MPS or document management systems.

Experience working with major print vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark).

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services related to MPS.
