Marketing Executive
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our marketing operations. This role involves performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks, acting as a key liaison for retail tenants, and assisting in leasing activities with local brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management and Communication

Share tenant and third-party proposals and creatives across assigned tasks

Provide recommendations on creative elements to support faster decision-making
Agency Management

Prepare briefs for agency-led campaigns and related tasks

Follow up with the agency to monitor timelines and deliverables in line with RFP requirements

Review Arabic copy for accuracy and quality
Tenant Relationship Management

Promote available marketing channels to tenants (e.g., LED screens, social media, mobile app)

Support tenants in securing approvals for internal events

Assist in organizing the annual tenant meeting
